Well i reported nearly 4 Japanese botters with over 6 accounts around my friends and nothing happened, so i decided to bot unattended again and got cough on the first time lol, im just goin to wait the suspension time pass lu shang to my main and cancel the account im getting tired of this game, only way to survive with the inflation on today's server its cheating or buying gil (i dont want to do this).

Now viewing the log i assume that they pop up a window and give you 1 minute to answer ill try to modify the program so if he cant fish in 5 secs scream like a crazy !@#$%^&*.

Sounds like a good idea.
The 60 second thing is actually something which was 30 seconds in the past but people had problems with it being that short.


What you can do is change that 60 second thingie like this:

Well its over they closed my account, was a second fault so i was expecting it.

Just restart.
And do it on another server too if you feel like a really fresh start. It's A LOT faster the second time cause you know wtf you're doing and how to get cash.

wow ... I think the GM's are attacking your server and leaving mine alone. There are a couple fish bots that have been in the same place since I've started. They are land marks we use to give directions now. All the time, there is about 5 characters from the same linkshell farming moat carps in Windy. You see those same characters there for about a week, then they are new characters but same LS. We assume they are just GSers farming carp for LuShangs rod and just deleted the character when done. Might do a search on KI forums to find the LS, I'm pretty sure they are posted all over there lol.

Well, GM never hunt bots, they only go on the ones reported, i studied behavior of GM bot reporting some time ago, for my investigation results, they act this way:


0.- An angry insistent player could make a game master to check a bot on their first attempt.

1.- They got a bot report (most of the time they ignore it) and tell you to not report it again.

2.- They got a second bot report (same as the first they ignore it) and again tell you to not report it again.

3.- Again bot report, they decide to check, go to the char position and pop a window, with 3 or 4 or 5 oar whatever options they want, the one i got when i was researching was:

1.) Some japanesse !@#$%^&* like @$@#$%@#^#$^
2.) Rise of Zilart
3.) Fine Thank you
4.) Lower Jeuno


So if you have an auto answer !@#$%^&* you are screwed, if you answer correct then gm start to chat with you and apology for the time taken.

They repeat this process 2 or 3 times after that you are free to bot cuz they will ignore every report they got on you.

Thing is i was playing on another computer while fishing in a second one and didn’t realized when pop screen came, so they caught me. ; ;

Probably that ls you are talking about had a detection routine like the one posted above so when they got the pop up they answer, they had being reported so many times that game masters will ignore that.

Like I told you I reported the jap botters a million times and they’re there botting, probably they got to think that I was his competition over coral fragment, and maybe they reported me, but they screwed me. ^^

Let me start by saying I've gotten 30k in moats and never got reported, and all done while afk.

I'm pretty sure you are right and that they only check on people that are reported. That being the case I set out to make the Advanced Fisher Bot make people think that there is actually a player atk.

First I have different spots to fish in the same area. Since you have to zone anyway every hour, why not change spots so it appears you aren't always at the same one. I think this is the biggest reason I've never gotten reported.

Second I switch characters every hour. I use 6 characters in total and have 4 different routes/spots. So each character is only in the same spot once every 24 hours, and for only at hour. Even if they pass you once, you are likely to be in a different spot the next time and only will be in game with that same character once every 4 hours.

Third I make it so that the character runs his route early should I get a tell. This is an important one also, a lot of people will send you a tell first to see if you are actually there before they decide to report you. Most people don't realize that a bot can run a route. So if they see my character run off after they send you a tell, then they think I must not be a bot.

Fourth, the bot can be configured, for those who have skill, to make insect balls. While I only enhanced this feature a little from Asl18fs' original bot, it is another thing that keep you from suspicion. I doubt very seriously if anyone thinks a bot can handle that lvl of sophistication.

5th. You used to fish for a friend, and one day you say to your friend that you cannot bot for him anymore cuz you found a better way to make money, and he never send a tell, instead he reports you...

I think this is mi scenario, there was this cooking guy who used to ask for fish, beeing friends from like 2 years now and the last two times i said i cant, and maybe he got mad and reported me.

Yea i know, dont tell anyone you bot, well we got the program together but he decided to play and i decided to bot so he knew i bot, lol he directed me to this site.

I usually don't tell ingame people that I bot. Not anyone that knows my character anyway, or what server I'm on.

On a side note, should I ever get banned, it'll just give me more time with my family. So it wouldn't be a total loss.

my entire ls knows i bot or use xxx hack but everyone trusts eachother in there. yeah there is always a chance one of them might report me but its a chance im willing to take. they owe me so much already. ive gotten 5 of the members so far a mercurial kris and still getting more. all i need now is to level nin and use mercurial kris + kraken
