switching between servers : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

so just curious i can switch between servers, so in the case of pvp if i wanted to go 0wn on some dumbasses in the pvp server then i could just transfer my char there for a bit then back to my original?
does that cost? | how much? (if !) where do i go?
