Loading Scripts Boggling THy MIND! : General & Trouble Shooting

Hello, Im all kinds of new at this so Im figuring that Im just doing something stupid, so hopefully someone can help.

I loaded XUnleashed, Downloaded a script and put the files in the scipt folder. I launch XU and get it to load to character select where I play the script. It states that the file is running and I load the game and nothing. Im sure im being stupid but I cant find a step by step instruction so I figured I would ask. If anyone can help I would much appretiate it.
