well figure id post this here maybe u all have experiencedi t, i use a comcast home networking wireless G cable gateway, but im connected directly to it via usb :D. the internet seems to be going off for 15 seconds, as if the box was restarted or the cable was pulled out. then i have to wait a bit and click repair to gain access back, ive called comcast they say they havent detected any problems with it. what do you think it could be? i hate paying so much for cable -_- for it to mess up so darn much *dreams about Hotboxes*

edit 1: happens 4-7 times a day

Its your signal being lost. Most likely a bad router. I would go and get a new router and force them to come out and fix it if they set it up.

i doubt this is ur problem but it was mine haha! i know i=lame but im just throwing this out there, does your coaxial cable happend to be plugged into mor than a 2x splitter? because if so it may weaken the signal so much that your actual modem itself has to restart 10001294u120947 times...yeah heh.

may just want to try this, because each time it is split it reduces the strength of the signil by 1/2 so if say u have a 5 way splitter in the end its only 1/4 as strong as the original signal
