I have Payed...but its not recogonizing that im premium : General & Trouble Shooting

ok explain this to me please

1) I sign up for the premium 24.99 account
2) I decided to sign up through Versign
3) when going through the last steps with verisign it had some sort of "its taking longer than normal error press ok and wait"
4) so i wait and the page dosent turn so i close the page thinkin i can just retry
5) i check my bank account just be sure i wasnt charged but sure enough i was charged:

CHECKCARD 04/09 TAULTUNLEASHED crazytown TX $24.95

6) but i went to check on the account when i try to do the forums it says i dont have ANY account so i did password retrivial and it gave me the password and the link to:

i can log into that the premium account only to show that it says i havent paid for a thing and which account would i like to choose in 2 drop down menus to the right

but when i try to log into the forums it says my account dosent even exist so i had to make another account using the same name and password that i used for the premium and it accepts it...and thats where i am now...

i payed for a premium account the money was transfered to yall from my checking account but it dosent show that i have premium access...please help me to fix this situation

i understand that people use verisign because they may not have a paypal account but from my experience of reading these boards verisign has a big ammount of problems with our site. PM Tault_admin and he will clear this up asap. may be later tonight(im pst) or tomorrow he does it

i guess im just anxious because i heard about this site from a friend *ahem* in the game store i work at...definetly definelty defnietly interested...he told me he levels from 1 - 60 on wow in maybe 2 weeks...is that true?

ffxi, matrix online, maplestory

i played ffxi for about 4 month the grinding got to me...and the matrix online i hear has gone down hill since beta...i played a week in beta and it didnt grip me..but i hear maplestory is actualy really good....is it?

yeah maplestory is a lot of fun. great game to play
