Which MMORPGs are dying out?? : Legacy General Discussion

I'm looking to try out a new MMORPG but b4 i buy anything want to know which ones aredying and which ones are still going strong so im asking the tault unleashed community for some help any info would be helpful and thnaks in advance

Yep yep WoW is doing good. And SWG has been dieing for a while IMHO. I played that game and they destroyed it basically.

DAoC is dying but i wouldn't count it out yet, they still have a loyal customer base, but once they bring out Warhammer Online DAoC won't last very long. Normally i wouldn't recommend making mmo's to compete with your own mmo's but daoc does have some vital flaws.

Guild Wars ftw! Although, some say its not an MMORPG...I strongly suggest GW...no monthly fee, awesome PvP and RP...I dont even know where to start, but yeah it is an awesome game.

Imo a game like good old diablo 2 i stil standning very strong when u take "its" age into concideration..its been out for over 5 years now, and stil so many gamers :O

I agree with you on this one. For no monthly fee, this one has everything that WoW has and better graphics in my opinion. It's got it's first expansion out now, Factions and has a LOT of players. The next expansion is due out at the beginning of next year.

Dark ages of camelot

Shadowbane, because i havent even heard anything about it lol.

In my opinion City of Villians is dead already... I played the trial and there weren't that many people. Not to sure about City of Heros. I think you can still get trial keys from somewhere if you look hard enough... But for me the game was empty and boring.
