How often do they spawn?

Every 6 hours, And usually the timing gets screwed up , cuz of the daily restarts they have

However, I might get admin to put a min limit on points to make it more worthwhile. Maybe 5?

Just be sure poster to come back and click Answered so it assigns the points and locks the topic.

and what if the person doesnt come back and assign the points within lets say a week. does a mod assign them to who they believe deserves them and lock the topic?

also yeah i see what you mean that it separates the discussion from the questions and i take my previous comment out.

Yeah, every 6 hours. However, I would advise camping the spawn for 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after they're set to spawn.

Yea if he doesnt give out points and someone complains then we will probably punish that user and give 2 times the point amount to the correct answer.
