Bot account banned, main account banned too? : FFXI General Discussions

hi i wanne make a "cheating account" to test the bots here, cause i dont want that they bann my main account. i want to send the items i made with the cheating account to my main (1 time in 20 days) . QUESTION: if they bann my cheating account do they bann my main account too?

When you say another account if you are saying a second pol id then just use another credit card and another name on it, they wont ban your main, unless you are gil selling.

Now if by another accound you mean another character in the same pol id, you will be get banned both at the same time.

i mean another pol id ... but the same credit card... so they just bann the cheat account then? ....

If its a serious offence they might (and have been known to in the past) trace your other account to the same credit card and ban both. This is why many people use another card or Visa Gift Card to do their cheat account.

thank you for the information, than i make my chat account on another credit card... its safer but what is if i always send money to my main account, i think they realize that and bann my main too then or not?

well....if you're really suspicious, you could log both on, and run a casino with horrible odds on your main, and just "lose" loads of gil to it with your cheat account.

The way ive found to move gil around (From my Fish bot account to my main) Is to have my main charecter bazzar something (water crystal) for however much I want to transfer, and have my Fishbot mule buy it.
