i would like if there is a guide some where to learn about skills and jobs :

1- BLM needs INT
2- WHM needs MND
3- other jobs : what ?

1- BLM skill up : Dark and elemental
2- WHM skill up : Healing and Devine
3- other jobs which skills ?

1- MNK weapon : Hand to Hand
2- other jobs weapon ?

Also imo, Enfeebling is more important to a BLM than Dark. And for WHMs it is wayyyy better than divine.

6- DRK = STR DEX INT
7- PLD = VIT
8- RNG = AGI STR
9- NIN = STR DEX AGI INT
10- BST = CHR
11- RDM = MND INT
12- SAM = STR??
13- BRD = CHR
14- DRG = STR??
15- SMN = ???

Skill Ups just skill you A and B skills
same to weapon
