Mee/quu new mechanics? : FFXI General Discussions

Has anyone camped these since the update? I've heard from a few people that it's just a time thing now, they have no PH and they just pop on a random timer.

they have a 1hr window and no pH however Killing all the mobs helps to get them to spawn a little after the 1hr timeframe. If you don't kill anything it takes about 2hours to spawn. Also on my server GS are not using any pos hacks. But still use thier form of NPC to know when it pops. But the playign field is somewhat even now.
