It's been proven time after time they cannot do their jobs correctly. I have many many SS's of getting mpk'd by other people, griefing done, and GM has always in 95% of each case let me down. I have video of griefing and MPK as well, and GM just ask me how i got those screenshots/video as if I was the person doing the bad thing.
In the present case they simply had to throw the character in jail for 3 days. I even offered to refile a new GM claim about harassment on the character. I had all the pre-reqs for validating who i was, they simply refused to take action. No, they are not gods, and yes they have limited power, but what limited power they have was enough to provide a remedy.
They are people, so they should be more flexible instead of sticking to a lame !@#$%^&* script that i've read so many times i just answer their questions before they ask.
Look i fu*ked up, its my mistake, but still there should be more avenues available instead of 9-5 mon-fri customer support. We do pay a monthly fee do we not? It seems to me that the golden time to hack anyone is after POL customer support closes for the weekend. From what i've been told from my friends who migrated to WoW, the customer support there is leaps and bounds better than SE.
GMs are good for 1 thing, teleporting you out of spots off the map due to shoddy coding.
