Unable to move window to align. : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

I got this working on one computer just fine, took a few tries, but it works. I then moved over to my wifes computer and attempted to get it working on hers. The only problem I see is that it is not aligned. I have tried everything I can to drag the window down but it will not let me do it. I have reset the default location 5-6 times and I have made sure that the window is not locked in place and still nothing. Any ideas on how to get the window to move would be appreciated.
