Bots? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I was wondering today about bots theres a fee things i would like to know. On this site when you get premium can you get acsess to free bots? Are bots REALLY detectable? Is it just for hunters?And finally have YOU used a bot or ever tried one.

( sorry if were not suppsed to talk about bots )

I'm not going to use a bot, but if I had one I wasn't going to leave it all night farming in a public area, if I get spotted and reported... I don't want to lose my acc

na i'd rather use bots when i'm close to my computer (not when i'm sleeping) e.g. when i'm doing something else on my computer or having dinner...

i would never every use a bot... have the pc to playfor you?!?!?1 i mean isint it the point that you play becaouse it is funny

Well a bot lets you skip the boringness of grinding to 60. Once you've hit 60 once or twice you'll realize how annoying it is to do it again.

if you were to get a bot I have heard that WoW glider is one of the best

I love my bot.
I only use it to bypass levels 15-60 usually, then I may use it at 60 to farm for a specific item.

I try to only use it when I am going to be around, watching TV, cooking dinner, that way I can hear the audible alert if someone sends me a tell or if a GM contacts me.
You need to be very careful with them.
You can get caught and banned.

I gave myself a safety net.
I have 2 accounts.
1 has my main character, a 60 Druid, I work on getting Tier armor items in MC and BWL with him, he is my main.
On my 2nd account I have 60s that I mainly use for PvP or farming to send items, money, gathered items, ect.. to my Main druid.
All of these 60s (3 total) were botted to 60

That way if one day I do get caught I will lose the account I really didn't out much time into.
I will always have my main druid account.

Best thing about it is I have 2 PCs so my "bot" PC can be running while I am playing my main account on the other PC

15-60 is pretty much the entire process.

For me the real fun begins at 60 though.

i only got 1 60, (only got to 60 about a week ago, and i have had it for about 2 years, i dont play heaps =P) so i would love to have that bot, how does it work though, and how do u install it and download it?

WoWGlider is the more popular bot (30k) members. Realmbot is highly detectable (many many bans). You can make autoit or actool macros, but other then for crafting or fishing, they are not good. Xunleased has been in development for over a year now, I wouldn't wait for that one to come out. There is one other bot/script engine as well, not many users but many good tools, like leveling, fishing, autoBG, antiAFK, MemHack, etc.

xunleashed has been around a long time, however the glider version of it is still under development

I haven't used one yet.. but thats probably because I've never played a char thru to 60 hahaha, so I'm still trying to experience the whole game.

I'd never use a bot, leveling to 60 let's you know your character's roles in instances etc. it only takes like 5-10 days played time and your account won't be banned. BTW: if they ban one of your botting accounts and notice that it's been sending gold and items consistently they'll probably investigate or ban you.
