35-50k an hour at level 7 : Archlord Submissions

1. Start an Orc Berserker
2. Buy 99 life recorvery potions
3. Kill a boar to get to level 2
4. Buy some NPC armor
5. Head east and south towards Balbre Hill
6. Stop at the level 8 crawlers and kill them till level 7
7. Head to groont Pennicela
8. Upon reaching the vipers, use a roundtrip passport
9. Talk to the Elder, and take the the quest "Doubtful Fire"
10. Talk to the Alchemist and complete the quest
11. Take the 10 viper warriors quest
12. Turn off the round trip passport, kill 10 vipers, user another round trip passport
13. Talk to the Alchemist and complete the quest
14. By now you should have at least 3 mps. Complete the quest and take the next one (Water Jewel)
15. Head to Balbre Hill.
16. To the south of the little hill, there is a large rock. Click on it to recover the jewel.
17. Port back to town, finish the quest to get a reinforcement potion (sells for up to 35k, quest can be completed in 40 mins)

Bonus: The "Kings Appointment" and "Suspision Zion" (both available at level 7), are chain quests that can be done on the reinforcement potion quest route and result in 1 attack prayer stone, and 1 fire elemental ston

Takes quite a bit of running, but its worth it.
