which do you prefer to choose horde or alliance and why?

horde, because barrens chat is so lol and alliance is where all the kiddies are.

barens chat = ammassed amounts of morons that think theyre cool because they have a keyboard. everything said in barrens chat is so dumb that that it is actually counter-productive and will kill brain cells if you read it for prolonged periods of time.

Yeah Barrens chat can actually be quite entertaining at times. I prefer horde side becuase it seems that the players are a little more mature, or at least a year ago they were.

personally, i don't care.

i mean, there r some things about each side i like.

i hav an account on both sides and everything that i think is only on 1 side turns up onto the other side. i

don't know if anyone out ther that ansewers to this is on the alliance, but they got some pretty kick butt players and pluses.

4 example, the allaince has been winning most of the battles i go into.

but the horde(as u said)does seem to hav some more mature players.

ive also found they're more aggresive to the allaince.

im a laid back guy and i dont think they should be all tence and stuff.

horde because they win more, but alli is more fun

Alliance, Horde dont look good lol all are hunch backed.

If you prefer PvE and want to play with humanoid characters, then choose alliance.
If you prefer PvP, want to be aggressive because you are the Big Bad horde and want to play as a monster (that doesn't apply to blood elf characters, but even then you must play together with monsters, if you are in party/raid), then choose horde. Choosing a tauren character will guarantee, that every alliance player will laugh at you (it's pretty funny to see talking/fighting cows).
It's a fact, that more kids play alliance, than horde. But that doesn't mean, that alliance is full of kids. For example on our server (Bloodhoof EU) alliance is always the first in finishing new instances. I'm 100% sure, that the first player on our server with full T4 and T5 will be alliance
I'm sure, that with the expansion many kids will start a BE character (mostly the alliance noobs without a guild, or with a noob guild which can't kill anything in molten core), so horde will fall back in PvP and horde general chats will be full of spams

kids think evil is cool.
horde represents evil.
transitive property of whatever: kids play horde.

and with BE coming into the picture, there will be even more.

But even with all that i would still pick horde, allies just suck xD

I like the look of Alliance Chars but better PVPers are on Horde... they always win

i play alliance, reason for it.... mates all play alliance and they help me out. i started a horde and everybody i asked for help or advice all pretended not to care because they were the big bad horde and !@#$%^&* i got sik of this realli quicka dn everyone on alliance is helpful..... i cant understand BG before the inter realm BG my realm khadgar used to own horde almost non stop to the point where there was no horde 10-19 BG players but since the inter realm BG we have bin haveing alot harded matches where we have to actually make a twink group to win the other day i was in tehr for 45 minutes with 90+ kills before we all quit ...... its more fun but it duz get stressing

It's the same on my server. After 2 lvl60 ally chars I thought, i'll try out an undead char (undead rogue). All the horde places and npc's were new for me, even if i played the game for over 1 year already, so i asked sometimes in general for help (where is that, what must i do, etc). I got very rarely any help. Most of the times noone answered or they just said "su", "piss off noob" and similar things. Then i decided to leave the horde side and deleted that char.
So if you start playing on your own, without friends, then alliance is the better choice, because they are more helpful, than horde.
