Account Recovery : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Hello, after i stopped to play for an while, i found out that my account login got reset by nc soft, now my problem is

I have my NC master account log in
I have my B-day
I have my E-mail
I have the secret answer to the secret question, but for some reason it dont work, im 80% sure its the right answer, is there anything i can do to get out the answer , if not my acc is lost
I mailed NC soft, they said i need the cd key and all shyt, hell its over 2 years ago i createt that acc ...
If someone got any idea, it would be very helpfull

Yea cd key will normally be needed. I would just keep on bugging them. And if one tech says no try a brand new request
