Hello!

i have a tip/exploit to share...

necromancer, sorcerers and bloodmages are able to perform multiple nukes/dots or nukedots at one time, to start a fight when soloing for instance i am able to chain 2 - 3 nukes and they hit on the same time

to do so is pretty easy, just hit the spell before it´s complete several times(starting at 90%) and you´ll see that it will cast again but the first didn´t hit, after the second is finished casting, both will hit at the same time

this goes for some spells for necro, sorc and bloodmage -> i did try it with all of those classes and it works everytime -> necro is best for it bone spike is chainable up to 4 times if you time it good

ps: my necro is lvl 8 and i start fights with over 500dmg (most mobs are dead or halfdead at that time already)

This is not a bug, and it dosnt work as described here.

The only reason it looks like they hit at the same time is because bone spikes is a "bolt" type spell. That means it dosnt hit instantly, but there is a delay between finishing casting adn hitting the mob. If you cast 3 of these after one-another the fist one might not hit until your second one is done casting, but the second and third will have the same delay as all the others. Thus, the only thing you can gain is a second or two more time before the mob aggros you.

and that is not intended, to land 2-3 bolts before the mob aggroes, thats a bug

Well thats the thing. the mob aggros the second the first on hit him. at that time you might be finished CASTING the second one, but that one has the same delay, so it wont hit the mob until a little while (how long exactly depending on distance).

no stigma, what you are telling isn´t true at all,

for instance bone spike (necro nuke) if i chain it 3 times, on same range all 3 will hit on the same time.... that´s not due to delay while nuke bolt is flying, its a bug

when you cast 2-3 (same spell) bolts and they all hit when last one finished casting -> that is not intended, so it´s a bug and it is not depending on distance, because it has nothing to do with distance (all 3 spikes start flying at the same time, that´s why they hit at the same time)

Just tried this on a necro, sorc, bmage, druid, and psi using all offensive spells and didn't get this to work once.

Only reason I can think of that would make this work is if a lag spike hits at just the right time.

well friend´s of mine and i use it all the time... and there are no lagspikes..

Sorry sirendor, I just don't believe this works as you describe (if at all).

As you claim it's not down to lag spikes, then it must be down to some kind of third party modification and/or server hack.

I told my guild about this in ventrilo and they were all trying it (around 20 were online at the time) and not one person could get it to work a single time.

I can duplicate this bug on my Necro using bonespike. Its all about timing right before the spell is about to end. The most I queued up was 3 and then they all hit at the same time when I casted a dot.

i cannot tell you more... thats the only thing i do...

does this work on a psi? i tried on my psi and didnt figure it out, is he saying 90% till finished or 90% finished casting time? and is it any spells, like nukes or dots or what

Couldnt get it to work on druid and got it to work a couple times on necro. Havent messed with it to much though as ive been playing other toons

90% casting time was meant

and it works on necro with nukes and dots which got some casting time... should work on other classes aswell

i can do it with my necro and my bloodmage all the time
