im just a newbie, when i went to the guildwars forums and tried to read a thread, it said i couldnt read, only useres with special access can. can someone please explain? :?:

not very much, quite a bit is locked to you but you can still be an active member if you dont want to pay and might want to submit stuff to earn a premium
