Good Grinding locations for standard re junk : Star Wars Galaxies Discussions

Since the patch was released to stop us from the crazy quick re grind of the 35 power bit. I’ve been taking it easy and only doing a couple a night. But for each power bit that is grind up I go trough so much junk. So what I’m asking is there a good place to grind the junk resources? I've been grinding up on the scientists at the warren as of late but was looking to see if anywhere else is a good place to grind to get the re junk. The stuff I’m looking for is to make of the normal stats.

Run Dantari mission from a player city. Dont destroy the lairs, just /waypoint them. Then go get more missions after killing the NPC, each time you will just add more lairs and each set will respawn numeous times. That will help you get the bits you need, instead of killing scientists for notebooks.

For other junk, generally the Junk database from either actioninside or the junkyard will give you a specific waypoint, or Mob to kill, but any mob in those areas will generally drop junk. Example. The other day I saw someone killing 3 named NPC for specific junk, not realising that the other 30-40 NPC 200m away dropped the same stuff.

Well what I was after is just the loot so I can make the standard con,stam, ect. What happens is when I go to re a bit to 35 It takes about 30 to 75 re tries to go from 30 to 35 so the loot goes fast. I use the warren atm becuse of the fast static spawns.

Ok, well dont bother with scientists then. Those are mostly used for the junk that makes RE chance bits. So are dantari.
This site http://www.swghuntersguild.com/JunkYard/ has a larger listing than the action-inside site. Both will tell you where to find specific types of junk. So just head to the general location on that planet and kill anything that walks.

For stat clothing, the usual spots are good. Enraged rancor drop the most, but for larger percentage of high stat items DWB or Rebels at Nashal.

For looting junk for normal stats just go to corellia, coronet and kill the ragtags outside, really fast respawn like kill one, wait a second and then respawn.

Well ... if you can run 2 accounts you can try this: I made my re powerbits and looted junk loot at the same by running 2 accounts and afk the spawn of slum thieves in mos espa. They respawn really fast and are like level 14 or 15 i think. So medic, bh, spy, officer, commando could run an aoe attack macro and throw in a heal. I found medic works best for this with 20m aoe bleed dot 435! and plenty of heals too.
