I just signed up for premium membership, does this include vgextreme? if so where can i download it

I clcked the link it just brought me straight back here if I click the down load link also come back here just going rond in circles

when you click the link you look at the top and will see subforums. the one that says "programs" is the one you want

I have looked in programs and I cannot find it. I assume I have to download Vgextreme.exe. Can someone just please tell me where it is?
