ok pretty simple...

1) Go to antonica up the spire

2) Free the froglok doctor guy hangin with the droags up in one of the droag towers

3) plunge into the water at hidden refuge and find the froglok medical doctor

4) talk to the doctor and get the key to open the boxes

5) open the boxes and get the first two (starting from the left)

6) go back up near the temple and harvest all the little mushroom items (makes it easier to see if you to to options-> model detail and max all that)

7) once done look near all the trees near the spire back down to ant/cl and harvest those

jump back down and click the boxes to get the next update

9) talk to the froglok and turn in

10) rinse repeat....if on a PVP server i would keep the bandaids you get they are cast-able when you are running =)

nothing more than a repeatable quest. there are a whole bunch of these at same location. nay.

nay. there are all sorts of quests that requre gathering. the hobbit food quest a thundering steppes comes to mind....
