VSOH Exploits - infinite EB potion : Vanguard Confirmed Cheats / Exploits

Ok so not sure if this is a cheat or a tip, but there is a quest called Still Water, in an area called Delmerin Tarn. I'm not sure who gives it as it was shared, but the quest gives you a potion that gives EB for 30 mins. The potion can be used anywhere, and will always be in inventory so long as you don't finish the quest.

EB = Enduring Breath(Breath Underwater)

Delmerin Tarn is the lake south of Bordinar's Cleft, the Dwarven city.

Its a small area so should be pretty easy to find the quest giver
