This will involve abit of work but it does work when people dont read properly.

You will have to monitor an active trade channel where people want to buy stuff, preferrably someone who is in a rush.
You first set up an private exchange contract to the person in which you will add the price into the "You recieve" part it will be shown as an [Want to Gift] contract to them (price will be possitive).

If you notice this person selling other items you could also do the next thing.
You could try to add a few items which he is selling to the items you will recieve and get even more out of it specially when they dont expect it.
Or go very sneaky and offer the correct agreed upon price (for an cheaper item) and add his other items he is selling to it.
With an bid of luck you will end up with even more stuff.

Well i guess if you only read the Want a Gift part you might fall for it...but the Cost is in Dark, bold red..you'd have to be really stupid to miss it.

But I guess technically it would work...on idiots...so yay I spose.

Well, as maulmok said, this may work on real idiots, so YAY.
But don't expect this to work well.

Nay.

Yes it might work - but it would rely on the other person being a complete idiot, hence it is not in any way shape or form an exploit or cheat.

Nay. This has become a painfully common scam, which even the terminally stupid are now on the lookout for.
