i downloaded yulganghelper and im not sure how to use it or what its even for so i was wondering if some one could tell me how to use it.

it comes with some directions. Tinker around with it some and post a guide im sure everyone would appreciate that.

yah i opend the readme and it was some sort of foriegn language, is there a way i can change it to english?
