can't download, and I even got the premuim account : General & Trouble Shooting

Hi

I bought the premium account 2 days ago, and I still can't download xunleashed? It takes me to area to buy a premium account. i do have another one under ladylindael that works fine, but i wanted to use this one for my other computer.

Hmm send me a quick message and we can fix this asap. 10 to 1 its just a premium account under a different name than this one.
