Most of you know there has been a problem with the Support Suite for sometime. Many tickets have not been getting through to us and many haven't been getting automated replies or replies when tickets are processed.

I can tell you now that repairs to the system were completed tonight and it is all working properly again.

Because of the huge number of tickets that got lost in this way over the last few months, something like 25,000 tickets, we have deleted all these tickets as we just wouldn't ever be able to get them all processed. If you think yours was one of these tickets then you should rewrite it.

I apologise for that inconvenience but at the end of this process we will all be looking at a much more efficient Support Suite.
