Hi.

Not sure what I did, but suddenly this particular display are showing up on all the characters in my game.

These are VERY annoying, please let me know how to remove them.

It's either V or CTRL + V, I'm quite sure. I think they're called "name panels", look for it in the keybindings :p

Out of playtime atm, can't really check exactly what they're called at this time! :<
