PTS was taken down briefly to address a number of player reported issues, and is now available again.

The following issues have been addressed:

-Players should no longer need to repair when patching up to PTS from 1.13.8.0

-Patch notes have been updated to reflect being for PTS, not LIVE

-Plains and Crucible are available again
