Request: Guide for Caldari combat pilot please. : EVE Online General Discussions

Hello

I played eve along time ago but then my account got banned for getting caught buying a char off ebay. After a few years I've decided I miss EvE.

My first go round I made a lot of noob mistakes and this time I want to try and avoid as many as I can. I tried to find the guide I was looking for so if I missed it please give me a link!

I'm looking for a guide that will tell me what skills I need to learn, the best ships, and the best setups. I have so many questions like the best way to setup your overview and other tactical strategies that have been learned from more experienced players.

So far i love this site! i'm trying it out for a week to see if its worth the money and I think it is already! I'm just a little leary about trying out the hacks since i've already been banned once lol.
