UPDATED -
AV changed their login screen info, so updated with that, fixed bug with service not available,

henrikgud - no clue whats going on with that, did you open the browser and see what it was up to?

nightravenkw - yah, the form input names were different today, so it got to the buy page and said SUCCESS (what it would do if you didnt have a CVV in there, i.e to let you know you can take over from there) but didnt buy ------ this was intended, if you get to the page where itll let you buy, it calls it a sucess.

PS - if you change my code at least be decent enough to credit me and leave the "by prometheus" in the window name.
YES - I KNOW MY CODE IS MESSY. i wasnt planning on giving this out till some people on the DF boards asked for it (btw i was later banned by brannoc for giving it out)

DFChecker - wrote it in VB2008Express because i work while they pass out new accounts

What it does -
1) opens a hidden webbrowser object and logs into the DF account page
2) detects whether or not orders are open
3) refreshes every 2 min (to avoid the 10 min lockout)
4) if the page times out it will refresh automatically
5) if you get logged out, it will relog you automatically
6) has the option to input your cvv number and will attempt to buy the game automatically
7) you can view and interact with the current web page at any time (i.e. to manually put in your cvv when the confirmation comes up)
8) will sit in the tray and perform all these functions in the background

Thanks, it took about a day to make and make usable for others =)

It got me 2 accounts this morning, so i know it works

Thanks, cya in game

note- requires the latest .NET runtimes

Nice program works as advertised. Though have a suggestion, can you make it so you can add more then one login, that way if it buys the first one, it will move on to the second one.

I can verify that Avast didn't detect anything and that it appears to be working. It signed me in but I'll wait and see if it buys me a game or not later today. :)

Did a packet capture when logging in on a dummy account and didnt see anything on my computer going to places I didn't recognize. I'd still prefer to see the source.

Well it worked great I was able to get one account during the 10mins the orders where open today. I did notice a bug though, it seems if it gets the Service Not Availible it just stops, you have to go to the browser mode and manualy hit F5 and resend the info to get it moving again.

Don't think it worked.
I ran the program and opend up the browser window and it successfully logged on. Went to work came back and it said success but no email and no active account. I'm not sure where it stopped working or why it registered a success since I was at work.

I logged onto my account through IE again and everything appears to be ok and no unusual charges so I don't think the account got hijacked or anything. Think it just didn't work.

Update -

they changed the buttons on the login screen on me today, so it still got to the buy page, just didnt buy for you.

you could still do it manually if you were watching it for the 10 or so minutes accounts were open, but it didnt buy automatically

will update the program with the new info and post it with source in a little bit.

I got on my comp, about 40 mins after the site was bombarded with sales... wasn't able to connect. I didn't realize they sold out in 10 mins. They really should put up mirrors to allow them to sell, rather then just the one site which can't handle the flux.

Looks like it stil has the service unavailible problem, you have to manualy refresh the browser window to get it to continue. I also noticed the changed the profile page, so once it sees that the shop is open, it dosn't go anywhere because the page has changed. So you have to manualy work it from there.

Yeah, dl'd the new version today and was at work again of course while the sales were up so couldn't manually buy. Still good for logging in and refreshing but no buy . Guess I'll be waiting till Monday and hopefully I can be at the comp during the sale.

Maybe I'm just to high right now to know it, but how do you know what your cvv is?
