Not Working : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I've downloaded the client. I'm a listed as premium. I have opened and 'ran' the download, which created a .dll file of similar name. Nothing else happens. It is in my C-drive in a file labled Exhume. I've restarted my computer. I have dx 9.0c. What now?
