problem with togglehack : DAOC Discussion

hello,

i have re installed xu and continue to be kicked when i use toggle is it normal ?

i m on rc 12

same...click toggle hack and get insta dropped to desktop. on Windows XP.

It is working fine for me.

What version are you running?

What game SI or TOA?

Have you tried the other?

Try running the dx8 AND dx9 config tests and see if it works there.

my version of dx : 9.0b
play on toa ( french or english server it s same )
everything is perfect with dx8 and 9 test
all windows update are ok
everything seems to be ok with my internet supplier
i have 9800 pro ati
1024 ram
all drivers ok

in xudxinputservie my file is empty normal ?
esle others 2 files are inside

i m not alone in France with togglehack problem are u sure that it s not a programation issue ? ( cause before the pacth everything was perfect )

Another ATI user mentioned he had probelms.

may be it s really strange when i play with old xu directory everythig is ok when i update toggle and service i m crashed immediatly

same when i change xu from C: to D:

Did the same thing when I clicked on the map plugin.. if crashing gets you caught WTF WYVERN??????????

I just deleted XU so I could reinstall it.. um but I can't download it now because I'm not a premium member. Not very impressive. I have no idea how to upgrade so I will just send you a PM with my info.

As for the crash, notice it did not get sent to errorlog.txt. Check yoru errorlog.txt, see anything about xu there? Nope.
