Hotfix #9

GENERAL
* Improved visibility of Rogue combo points on the overhead combat meter.

SOULS

BARD
* Due to the below changes, characters with Soul Points spend in Bard have received a free Soul Point Respec.
* Invigorated Soul, Coda of Restoration: Now affects up to 5 targets.
* Motif of Tenacity: Now unlocked at 12 points.
* Anthem of Defiance: Now unlocked at 18 points.
* Motif of Regeneration: Now unlocked at 24 points. Now casts on the Bard and heals up to 10 raid or group members nearby with each tick.CHLOROMANCER
* Lifegiving Veil: Now affects up to 5 targets.
* Radiant Spores: Now has a base chance to proc of 10%.
* Phytogenesis: Now increases the chance for Radiant Spores to proc by 2-6%.

JUSTICAR
* Reparation: Now affects up to 5 targets.PALADIN
* Reverent Protection: Now only affects up to 5 targets, and range increased from 10 meters to 35 meters.

PURIFIER
* Surging Flames: Now converts 50% of overhealing.

REAVER
* Infestation: Cooldown increased to 1 minute; damage increased due to the higher cooldown.

ZONES

GLOAMWOOD
* Being polymorphed by the Hag's Curse is now far less lethal - NPCs that were kill-on-sight are now neutral.

IRON PINE PEAKS
* Dabbling in the Forbidden: Tweaked quest so it should update consistently.

MOONSHADE HIGHLANDS
* Honor Them: This quest will now grant updates for the whole group at once.

SHIMMERSAND
* The Desert Queen: Akala weekly quest now awards Plaques of Achievement on subsequent completions.
* Final Preparations: Focuser Chest is now much more focused on working.
* Foiled Plans: Fixed some spawning issues with Hazeed
.* The Defiant respawn point in Tempest Plains should no longer occasionally have a big rock on top of it when a nearby Rift is active.

DUNGEONS AND RAIDS
* Another fix for Expert Dungeon lockouts not being reset at their scheduled time.

AKALA [Raid]
* Fixed a rare issue where Akala would not reset properly after repeat wipes.

CHARMER'S CALDERA
* Cyclorax's Shocking Blast now properly ignores line-of-sight.

GREENSCALE'S BLIGHT [Raid]
* Fixed a bug with Sticky Slime not working consistently.

Prince Hylas
* Slightly reduced the absorption amount of Spiritual Barrier.
* Modified the increase of Soul Fracture damage by Avenging Wrath.

CLIENT
* Coin Lock: Improvements to better detect logins from the same network location when using a large ISP or proxy service.
