Just HOLD DOWN the alt+F4 keys when you are low on health and out of combat. You will see your health rise really quickly in increments. You will see the log out in 20sec popup spamming on your screen. I couldn't believe how fast my health raised and if you move around it sometimes goes faster.

Another awesome thing to do if you have a Rogue. Build an Assassin build that has Slip Away. Then in combat or in PvP (the best) just kill kill kill, slip away, Alt F4, then kill kill kill! Stay alive forever! This is extremely broken, but is extremely fun to use while its hot.

Easy peasy!
