Cancelled account : General & Trouble Shooting

Hello I have an account issue. Haven't logged in here or at MMOviper in about 6 months. Under account here it says premium cancelled, still have roughly 2 weeks left on premium. And at viper account is apparently deleted, had access in july. account name at both wizero. thx for the help.
