VelcRO [10/10/10] : RO Discussion

VelcRO is different than most servers because VelcRO has a smaller population. Being that it has a smaller population the Staff has a more personal touch with it's players. Also, the server focuses on what the players want. Even though the rates are low. It's not that slow to level. We know that most people despise grinding, so we are taking away the grind and focusing more on the builds and skills for the server.
