There is a bugged spot in silverwood and if you exploit it properly you can actually fall through the games world check it out below.

If you go to the bridge where silverwood and sanctum meet, stand on the bridge in the direction of Silverwood and jump off the left side of the bridge into the water. Swim to the shore you will see the rocks go around a bend you can swim through or under that cornor set of rocks and under the world.
