Forming a Guild

1) You need to be level30
2) You need to be the leader of a party
3) The Party must contain 8 people in total all at level30.
4) You need 24 Million Cash
5) Visit your Faction's Race Manager NPC:
Accrecia: Admnistrator
Bellato: Old Man
Cora: Goddess

Each faction's Race Manager is located in their HQ It's the only place where the Race Manager can be found. They're all very distinct, so you will know it's the race manager just by looking at it.

*NOTE: Guild names can be upto 16 characters.

The Council:

The guild council (the 8 leaders) who intially create the guild have the following powers:

1. Add new members
2. Kick members
3. Add/Change the guild flag
4. Vote in guild polls
5. Cannot be kicked from the guild

The council can determine 10% of each individual members ranking in the guild (Your guild rank is determined by your overall CP, the higher rank you are the higher you are in the guild). The council can also share quests with guild members, such as the quests you gain after attaining certain levels.

Guild Rank:

A guild's rank and level is determined by the following:

1. The rising/falling of its member's ranks
2. Addition of new members (affects # of members)
3. Kicking out of members (affects # of members)

It is possible for guilds of the same race to compete against each other (hence, the guild "rank").

Guild Level

Guilds are divided into 8 levels. Guild levels largely depend on the size of the guild, not the rank. The key to having a successful guild is to recruit, recruit, recruit! Guilds can have up to a maximum of 150 members.

1. Can recruit new members, can declare the new guild through the race manager, can chat between members through a private channel.
2. Guild emblem will appear next to characters name (bought seperately)
3. Can use the guild in-game forum (bought seperately)
4. Can declare war against guilds in the same race.
5. Guild flag will be attached to character's names in the system (ie. whereever the character's name appears, the guild flag will appear also)
6. Can manage territory
7. Can attend guild seiges
8. Can hoist guild flag on territory that is won over.

Guild Flag

1. It is representive of the guild.
2. It has to be bought before the guild can have one (level 2 guild requirement, which is 40 members).
3. Once it is created, it will appear next to the member's names on the field.
4. When a guild wins over a territory, its flag will be planted (level 8 guild requirement)

Some example Guild Emblems (or flags) are shown below, and also the guild emblem creation screen:

Guild Operations Cost

In order to maintain a guild, gold is necessary. Gold can be contributed by the members. All guild points are tallied daily.

1. Any member can contribute to the guild.
2. Members that contribute in excess may become part of the guild council and gain decision-making powers.
3. The guild council can decide on a contribution plan that members must meet.

Guild Creation NPC's

Once you have all of the requirements, the Team Leader then goes to your nearest Race Manager NPC to create the guild these I have been told can be found in your main city, not exactly sure on the specifics right now as there isnt much info about the game lying around but once we find out this will be updated!

Once the Team Leader has then talked to the Race Manager NPC the guild is then created and the money deducted from the Race Managers bags, and the guild formed.

After sometime and your guild has grown some you will be able to select a guild flag or emblem / logo this is available once your guild reaches 40 members.
