Okay guys beware, it might be possible to be banned for doing this.
The files enclosed must be copied over the files in your 'DataTable' folder, its contained within your RF Online folder.
E.g: C:/Program Files/Codemasters/RF Online/DataTable
The files are just the regular chat files with the filtered swear words removed, so the game does not recognise them and thus cannot block them.

Edit: If you scroll down and see what drefsab has written then just follow that. download setfiledate tool and change the created and modified dates to match the offical files.
