[Request] Need some help / dupe : RFO Exploit and Macro Discussion

Hey guys, i'm looking for some way to dupe itens on RF (version 2.2.3).
I've found some ways with programs like Cheat Engine and WPE, but i can't get them to bypass hackshield tough.
If anyone can help me to bypass that or another way of duping stuff, i would apreciate it if you shared
I saw some posts here @ the forum but they mostly appear to be outdated :/
