[TUT]Council BuFF : RFO Submissions

- Login to your RF Acount
- Open WPE
- Target: RF_Online.bin or RF.exe
- Start loggin
- Use buff (I recommend accuracy in melee buff)
- Go To WPE
- Stop Loggin
- Search For the Packet Buff
- Example: (Accuracy Buff)

13 00 11 04 1C 00 9D 00 DB 1F 00 00 01 66 29 45 29 AA AA

- Double Click in Filter 1
- In SEARCH, put your packet
- In MODIFY, put 3A (attack buff) or 3C (hp buff) in 5th offset
- Image:

Register to unlock hidden image

- Click Apply
- Check Filter 1
- Click ON
- Start Loggin
- Use Your Buff

It worked for me, but buff is only 5-10 sec long and drains FP and SP pots very quickly.
Also will crash the game at some point if you use it too often.

But you get pt's for use buff/skill, yea? It's point of this cheat. Fast way to GM ur buffs/skills.
