Error : RYL Discussion

hello can anyone help me i just started playing this game and when i go to the character select screen, and click my char, and then the load screen comes up, it gives me an error message can u plz help me?

ive had this problem also.. had to remove SP2.. dunno if it's exactly the same tho.. post ur error msg in the technical forum of the official site.. they help really quick
