Offering Bug part 2 : SB Submissions

This should still work. Worked as of 10 days ago, but no longer have a city to test it out. Enjoy

Any offering you obtain place it in your bank. Open bank and click on the offering and hit the "U" key on your keyboard. Proceed to click the shrine and it will let you know that the shrine has "recieved flavor" without the offering even being used. Generic offerings work the best.
From poyson...Was not fixed last patch. I think someone doesn't want the secret out :0
