need help : SR Discussion

hi im new to SR

when i try and register for silkroad it comes up with the following message: -

In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of.

i have never played SR b4

can some1 help me pls

You are most likely going through a connection that multiple people use. Some examples may be.

A college network.
AOL.
MSN.
