In order to protect our users' accounts and for safer transaction services, we will be modifying the Paypal payment restrictions to an even safer direction.

Summary of changes:

1. Monthly Limit: $500 (previously:$1,000)
2. Daily Purchase Limit : None (previously: 1 time per day)
3. Silk Charge Selection Change: 4 silk charge selections from 50 to 500 silk (previously 7 silk charge selections: 50 ~ 2,000 silk)
