Live Chat Is...Live.... : Site News

So we have recently added live chat to the site for a couple reasons.

1) Make it easier for users who have questions before joining.
2) Allow users who are having account problems to get instant help.
3) Increase the sites ability to better help users with any problems they are having.

Keep in mind though this is not to be used for members who want to get help on using information in the board. If you are looking for help using a particular bot or macro then please post in the topic as we wont answer them in the live chat.

Anyways its easy to use the live chat just do the following.

1. Click on the live chat when it says its online (we will try to stay online as much as possible and we are working on being on at random times so members throughout the world can get help easily).
2. Enter your name and problem you're having.
3. Just wait for a quick reply from the staff to help you.

Its that simple so enjoy the brand new live chat thats enabled to the site.

Its online almost every day for like 18 hours . What time are you normally on?
