XUnleashed 3.2 BETA RC 8

<b>NOTE: To use this patch, you MUST run the XUnleashed3.0Beta.exe client in the XUnleashed folder.</b>


In this patch, we have added compatibility for Lineage II and Everquest with DX9. There are still a few things that we are fixing and you will probably see a revision patch in a couple of days.
If you have missed the announcement, we are giving away an Applie iPod mini 4 gig mp3/audio player. All you have to do to enter is submit a guide/tutorial for your favorite game. If yours is selected at the end of May, you win. See the forums for complete details. Register to unlock hidden link


Here are some of the enhancements that went into this patch:

New AutoDetect Config mode. This will try to auto detect your game and make the correct settings for you. This is very beta, but we will be adjusting it over time.
New Networking code. You should experience much fewer disconnects now.
Many, Many, Many bugfixes. We have overhauled the hooking mechanisms and many more games should now be compatible. If you had a game that was not compatible, try it again with this patch.


Still to come:
StandAlone Config. This will force XUnleashed to run outside of your game window. This means that you will be able to have plugins, macros, and scripts that can be run from your desktop to interact with a game, utility, webpage, etc. You will no longer be limited to directx games!!!

Please keep in mind that alot of changes went into this patch. If you experience any problems, please let us know so we can correct it.



Troubleshooting tips:
If you click play and the launcher never comes up, try installing the MSXML library:

We have made a small hotfix patch to correct the ffxi problems you were having with the plugins not showing up.

We also fixed a small connection bug that would report XU servers down when they were not.

Please repatch your XUnleashed3Beta.exe and report any other problems you have.


We are aware of the Lineage 2 problems on some machines, and are working on a hotfix for that problem as well.
