24 Hour Customer Service : Site and Program Suggestions

i think there should be a 24 hour customer service, because im usually on this site about 7-8 hours a day and i always see people saying "Help" and no other people are on as much as i am and i try to answer their questions i have even been in eploit sections and i see titles saying "help" i can't go in and answer it, I know i haven't been on this site for very many days except im always the last poster on almost every topic. When i see "Help!" Topics with no views/replies it shows that there isn't very many people on, sooooo, can i go to Allakhazam or Thottbot to Advertise with this new banner

We pretty much have at least 1 mod/admin on at all times.

No begging, don't even hint at it.

Come august lilfisher will be back and will resolve most of that, and i'll be about 3x as active because i won't be as busy.

Yea we have some more mods coming in. We are adding a new full time staff member to the site to help more.
