Enabling BBcode? or making html img code work? : Site and Program Suggestions

as you can see in my sig, im trying to get my sig to work... i honestly can't figure it out.. it says the board works with html... i've tried like 20 different codes for implementing this.. but its not working... is it possible to enable bbcode, or even just the [img] coding? either bbcode or html will work... but as it is right now, neither are working :(

well bbcode is currently disabled for security reasons. it will be up a bit after the new tault
