Premium section & non premium members : Site and Program Suggestions

Was reading http://www.tault.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=700 , and i was thinking it would be smart to let non premium members se which topic's that exist in premium members section. (just the headline and not the contents of the topic). This will also give a pretaste on which goodies they get if they become premium member

Im not sure if that can be done. Also sometimes the headline alone gives away to much info . However i do need toupdate the easy navigation area we use that alot for people to be able to easily move around and see what new exploits guides and macros we have.
